These perfectly rounded jamuns are tempting and delicious. Easy to rustle up, try out these jamuns and surprise your guests.
Ingredients 
01. Sugar - 300 g
02. Potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 150 g
03. Refined wheat flour (maida) – 100 g
04. Baking powder – a pinch
05. Cardamom (powdered) – a pinch
06. Khoa (dried whole milk) – 100 g
07. Oil – to fry
Preparation 
01. Place the sugar in a vessel, and with the required amount of water, make a sugar syrup. Keep aside.
02. Mix the cooked and mashed potatoes, refined wheat flour [Maida], baking powder, powdered cardamom and khoa and knead it into a soft dough, as is done for chapattis.
03. Roll out the dough into small balls. Fry the balls in hot oil till golden brown. Drain the oil.
04. Place the fried balls in the syrup and serve hot.
