Try out these fluffy Amritsari kulchas that go extremely well with all curries.
01. White flour - 250 g
02. Eggs - 2
03. Milk - 1 cup
04. Sugar  - 5 tsp
06. Salt - to taste
07. Ghee - 2 tsp
08. Pomegranate, seeds - 250 g 
09. Chaat masala - 1 pinch
10. Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tsp
01. Knead the white flour, eggs, milk, sugar and salt to a  dough.
02. Make balls of the dough, roll out thicker than the usual chappathis and cook with a little ghee on a tava till both sides are done.

03. Transfer to the serving plate and garnish with the pomegranate seeds, chaat masala and coriander leaves.
